Terms and Conditions for Bonfork Managed Websites

1. Service Agreement: By signing up for Bonfork’s monthly managed website service, clients agree to provide the necessary basic information about their business to facilitate the website creation.
2. Website Launch: Once the website is launched, no refunds will be issued for services rendered. Clients are encouraged to review and approve all aspects of the website prior to launch.
3. Cancellation Policy: Clients may discontinue the service at any time without penalty. However, Bonfork will not offer refunds for any prior months paid.
4. Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely business information, including text, images, and other necessary content, to ensure the website reflects their business appropriately.
5. Bonfork’s Role: Bonfork will manage all technical aspects of the website, including hosting, updates, and security, as part of the monthly service. However, clients remain responsible for the content and legality of their own business information provided.
